We buy back old, well-preserved FREITAG bags and give them another round as COMEBACK Bags: as used, tested, one-offs at fair prices.

FREITAG bags are made from used materials - and want to and can be used hard and for a long time. Every FREITAG bag that's just lying around somewhere is one too many. And that's why we're now testing the FREITAG buy-back and resale service in Zurich: FREITAG COMEBACK.

Do you have a FREITAG bag that could still do everything, but is just lying around at home? Then bring it to the FREITAG flagship store in Zurich and we'll pay you up to half of what it once cost, depending on its condition, model and colour.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you buy back all products?

No. If we already have enough of a model or the used FREITAG bag does not meet the requirements, we will not make you a buy-back offer.

Which products do you buy back?

We buy back current and old bag models in all colours. The bags must be in good condition and not in need of repair.

What happens to products that you buy back?

Products that we buy back will be inspected, cleaned and offered for sale again in the FREITAG flagship store in the COMEBACK pop-up on 18 June from 5.00 pm.

How are the buy-back prices defined?

The buy-back prices are based on the expected resale prices. The resale prices are defined based on the model, condition and design. The minimum buy-back price is 25% of the new price, the maximum buy-back price is 50% of the new price.

Can I get more for my product on Ricardo?

That depends on the individual case, but is of course possible. However, selling via Ricardo means more effort and risk for you and may require some patience. It's best to choose the method of reselling your used Freitag bags that best suits your needs.
