EASY RIDERS

For FREITAG, it all started with the idea of a tough, water-resistant messenger bag. Since the first one-of-a-kind bags were made in the two brothers' living room in 1993, we've been bringing individuality and smart functionality to city life. The three Easy Riders are our latest love letter to getting around in the city and doing stuff your own way, even when you're on foot.

Our three new bags are the perfect companions for short everyday or evening trips around your city, whether you’re on foot, on your bike, or mixing the two.

You can wear them as crossbody bags or attach them to your bike in just a few moves thanks to Velcro straps. The F140 FRAN handlebar bag stands out for its smart versatility. The asymmetrical F141 BERYL fits perfectly on your back or right inside your bike frame. The small F142 HEINZ has room for your daily essentials but will also turn heads as a saddle bag.

The compact, boxy crossbody bag is the biggest of the three Easy Riders and can also be used as a handlebar bag on your bike when you take off the strap.

The crossbody bag comes with a detachable shoulder strap that sports used truck reflectors. When you’re riding your bike, just take off the strap and attach your bag to your handlebars with the two Velcro tabs — closed and weatherproof or open like a basket. The zipper on the inner compartment is splash-resistant too.

The asymmetrical crossbody bag fits perfectly on your back and almost just as perfectly inside your bike frame.

To attach the slim crossbody bag to your bike, remove the shoulder strap with the reflectors. Then open the bag flap, close it again around the bike frame and secure it with the Velcro strap at the front or back of the seat tube. For quick access and safe, dry carrying, the outer compartment has a splash-resistant zipper.

For anyone who likes switching things up: in just a few moves, the small crossbody bag goes from hanging on your back to hanging on your bike saddle.

The smallest Easy Rider also comes with a detachable shoulder strap with reflectors. Take it off and you can easily attach F142 HEINZ to the underside of your bike saddle with the Velcro tabs.

P.S. The exact same trick lets you attach the small bag to the shoulder strap of a bigger bag or backpack.
