Yes! Every product offered online is unique and photographed with an enormous amount of attention to detail by our expert 360-degree photographers in our own in-house studio. So, the bag you order isn’t just based on a sample picture: you get precisely the unique item that you saw online. And from that moment on, that same image will also disappear from our online store.

Depending on your screen settings, some colors can look slightly different from the way they do in real life. If you want to be completely sure about a unique item, please contact us including the barcode/SKU of the product (example F152_01234), so we can have a look at your choice “in the flesh” and let you know.

CAN I RESERVE A UNIQUE ITEM?

Unfortunately, that is not possible. The items we sell online are unique. So, accepting a reservation would mean taking that item out of our selection. If for some reason there were too many reservations, our online store would suddenly be empty, but we might not have not actually sold a single bag.

MY FREITAG PRODUCT HAS DISAPPEARED FROM THE BASKET - HOW’S THAT POSSIBLE?

There could be at most two reasons for this:

A) Someone has snatched your unique item from the shopping cart. Every product is unique and is not reserved when placed in the shopping cart: it is still visible and can be purchased by anyone.

B) You hesitated a fraction too long and the hourly "cleaning routine" used by our system emptied your shopping cart. It's best to take a quick look to see if the product is still displayed online and simply add it to your cart again. If the product is no longer to be found - see A).

MY FREITAG PRODUCT IS A GIFT - CAN YOU WRAP IT FOR ME?

We don't do that. For us, it's inner values that count. And if we're perfectly honest, we're lousy gift wrappers.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION FROM FREITAG - WHAT NOW?

Sometimes our order confirmations end up in over-motivated junk/spam folders. Please take a quick look to check. If you don't find anything there, it's best to contact us via the contact form, so that we can trigger the mail again.

Twint and Postcard (only in CH), Paypal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX, Union Pay (only in China)), ApplePay, GooglePay and SamsungPay

DOES FREITAG SELL VOUCHERS ONLINE?

Yes. With a FREITAG WOWCHER, you can buy or give someone else a free choice of our unique items. The voucher is redeemable in the online store as well as in all FREITAG stores (except F-Store by).
