Guuru Chat is now an integral part of www.freitag.ch and is already active in six languages (English, French, German, Italian, Japanese and Thai).
Using a chat window, our customers (we call them «accomplices») can ask you or any other Guuru questions like: «Are FREITAG bags waterproof?», «What makes FREITAG products unique?» or «Will my MacBook Pro 15 fit in an F305 ROY?».
The Guuru app lets you know via push message the moment a question is asked, and you can actively accept it to provide advice, reject it or simply ignore it.
