The new, urbane, all-day and all-night bags from FREITAG are triple-recycled and built for an extra-long life. The F670 WARREN crossbody bag, the F680 ANDERSON roll-top tote and the F690 COSTON backpack are made from a material containing recycled PET bottles in addition to discarded truck tarps and reflectors. And they’re designed to be especially repair-friendly.

The bag-makers at FREITAG work night and day developing new products and materials. And these three new urbane everyday products kept the F-Crew especially busy. Our tarp dismantlers have not only cut the most beautiful disused truck tarps from Europe’s transit routes into pieces, but also cut off and collected the contour markings glued to them. These make the outlines of the trucks glow conspicuously on the highway at night, as if they were equipped with neon lights.

The FREITAG material procurement team tested their way through countless different materials made of discarded PET bottles until they found one that’s almost as tough as a truck tarp and feels fantastic to the touch into the bargain.

Last but not least, the FREITAG design team further developed the company’s visual idiom and, in the process, created new all-day and all-night products that are built with the future needs of commuters in mind and as long-lived as you would expect from a bikeable FREITAG bag. And if something should happen, they’re also easy to repair, because they are made from a minimal set of components. Incidentally, that’s why we named them after some of world history’s most distinguished engineers.

The medium-size F670 WARREN crossbody bag, the spacious roll-top F680 ANDERSON tote and the easy-close F690 COSTON backpack are three new all-day and all-night bags from FREITAG that bring just a bit more constructivist order, reflective security, and forward-thinking reliability to urban spaces.
