FREITAG’s complaints procedure offers stakeholders the opportunity to easily report violations of ethical principles and compliance guidelines, in accordance with the FREITAG Code of Conduct. Complaints are treated confidentially and can be submitted both anonymously and openly (i.e. with your contact details). We will confirm receipt of your complaint within seven days. The entire process is designed to help find a quick and fair solution.

O mecanismo de reclamação da FREITAG disponibiliza às partes interessadas a possibilidade de reportarem facilmente qualquer incumprimento de princípios éticos ou das diretrizes de conformidade de acordo com o Código de Conduta da FREITAG. As reclamações são processadas confidencialmente e podem ser apresentadas de forma anónima ou com fornecimento de dados de contacto. O registo da reclamação será confirmado num prazo de 7 dias. Todo o processo é concebido de modo a alcançar uma solução rápida e justa.

The complaint platform is available in various languages (Bulgarian, Portuguese, German, English, Vietnamese), so that incidents and complaints can be reported at any time. Complaints are treated and processed anonymously and confidentially. If a complaint is submitted anonymously, there is no direct feedback to the person who made the complaint. If a complaint is submitted openly, the person who made the complaint receives confirmation of receipt within seven working days. In both cases, specific problem-solving or remedial measures are initiated immediately.
