COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE FOR THE FREITAG SUPPLY CHAIN

FREITAG offers employees in the supply chain the opportunity to make complaints regarding problems in the workplace.

Note

The complaint platform is available in various languages (Bulgarian, Portuguese, German, English, Vietnamese), so that incidents and complaints can be reported at any time. Complaints are treated and processed anonymously and confidentially. If a complaint is submitted anonymously, there is no direct feedback to the person who made the complaint. If a complaint is submitted openly, the person who made the complaint receives confirmation of receipt within seven working days. In both cases, specific problem-solving or remedial measures are initiated immediately.
