Products can be returned within 30 days* of receipt.
- Online orders: Please send returns to our HQ in Zurich so we can make a full refund to your credit card.
- In-store purchases: You can exchange your product for the exact same model in a different color at any FREITAG store (except South Korea and China as well as F-Store by and partner stores).
All items returned in this way will be checked by us. We only accept unused bags. The purchased products must not show any signs of use.
A return shall be refused if:
- There are visible signs of wear
- The item has been damaged during shipping
Should the item become lost in the mail when being returned, no refund of its original cost will be made. We recommend that you send the item with a delivery company that offers a track & trace service.
EXTENDED RETURN PERIODS DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON
*For orders placed between November 20 and December 24, 2025, we are extending the return period from 30 to 60 days.
